Financial Overview

We believe that Kingdom Living is going to be one of the greatest investments you will make in your life, deepening your intimacy with the Father, increasing your understanding of Scripture, and bringing you into encounter with His presence.  

Our goal is to make KL affordable and accessible to anyone wanting to attend a full-time ministry school.  While our full-time schedule is comparable with other ministry schools, our tuition is priced to be more affordable.  If you have questions regarding finances or tuition, please contact an Advisor here.

After you have been officially accepted as a KL student, you will be invoiced a non-refundable, non-transferrable $300 acceptance deposit (due within 2 weeks of acceptance into KL).  This will go toward your tuition and secure your enrollment in Kingdom Living.

After you have paid your acceptance deposit, you will be invoiced the remainder of your tuition and will have the following options to complete payment:

Application Fee:

The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Acceptance Deposit:

The acceptance deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  It may not be transferred to spouses or family members, and will be applied toward your tuition payment.

Pre-Pay Discount:

To qualify for the Pre-Pay tuition option, students must pay their acceptance deposit of $300 and their remaining tuition of $2900 by September 1st.  If you are unable to pay your remaining balance by September 1st, you will no longer qualify for the Pre-Pay option.  In this case, you will then be moved to the Payment Plan option with a total tuition of $3800.

Family Discount (Full-Time only):

Family discounts apply to immediate family members attending KL during the same school year.  Immediate family is defined as a spouse, father, mother, child, brother, sister, or grandparent.

The amount of the family discount is $300 off each additional family member’s tuition after the first family member’s tuition.

Please note the following policies that apply to the Family Discount:

  • Discounts are given to every qualifying family member after the first family member.

  • All deposits of the immediate family must be paid prior to discount being applied.

  • Family discounts are not automatically applied.  The student is responsible to email the Admissions Department with the names of all eligible family members and a request for the family discount.

  • Engaged couples will qualify for the family discount ONLY if they become married prior to the first day of class for that semester.  Please email an Advisor for questions and help.

Withdrawal Policy:

Accepted students who have paid their tuition are able to be reimbursed for 100% of their paid tuition if the KL Application Department receives a reimbursement request before the first day of school (info@kingdomlivingoahu.com). Students will not receive reimbursement for non-refundable / non-transferable application fees or acceptance deposits.

Students leaving school early who have paid in full using our Pre-Pay tuition option are eligible for partial refunds.  Payment plan students are not eligible for reimbursement after the first day of school.

If KL receives a formal “early withdrawal” email request, the following amounts will be refunded:

  • 75% of the paid tuition will be refunded if the request is received no later than October 27.

  • 50% of the paid tuition will be refunded if the request is received no later than January 1.

Tuition will be reimbursed in the following way:

People who donated to your tuition will be reimbursed first.  Once those who donated toward your tuition are refunded, any remaining balance will then go to the individual student.
